OK, try the install again, when it says it is already installed, choose the reinstall again option, let's see if it will install.

You have Jave add-ons disable.
Windows itself cannot find Java theog. It's more than just disabled addons in a browser. LPT is trying to reinstall now. A Guy

A Guy on my how did that happen..
I've been back to look..at my add-ons...
On all 4 choices I have made sure Java is Enabled. as of NOW.

I'm so glad you noticed this.
Maybe now something will show up on here..
I'll go look to see if it is now showing in Add/Remove.. and in
Revo- uninstaller.and take care of it .

That was theog who noticed. I thought you got an error while trying to open Java control panel? And Java wasn't showing on your system at all? Oh my, I hope we haven't been attacking this the wrong way! A Guy

Ok A Guy.. I do have an ICON for Java showing in my Control Panel ..( it isn't working .correctly). as an earlier screen shot showed the error message I get when trying to open it to see if I have the correct Java on my pc... that's when the ERROR message pops-up.
See Screenshot just did it.

I've Enabled all 4 JAVA choices in I E.

So you have Java enabled, but the control panel still gives an error? Let us know, now or at another time, if you want to tackle THAT A Guy
