Looking for a Lone program?

Hi there all people I am searching for a program that can work out the fees and stuff like how many ours per day does the staff work and all that business nonsense, it is for my mom's friend she had a program that could do it bur lost it and now she urgently needs something like this please if you guys know of any program let me know. I have heard of quickebooks but I heard it is difficult, please bear in mind that this must be a women free program (meaning not difficult please).
