Folder Lock or Nero Encryption Issues :(

Afternoon Everyone, I have a very curious and serious problem. I use a program known as Folder Lock 6.4.2 and previously whenever I burn the "FLK" file using Any version of Nero((Currently using Nero Version 10)), When I go to open up the Burnt Data Dvd to put in my password info into the Folder Lock program, I get the error message "Mount Not Working. Due to some reason encryption not working. Please restart your computer to resolve this issue or select another locker top open." .

I have uninstalled and reinstalled everything more than once, Folder Lock 6.4.2, Nero 7, Nero 10. When I switch over to Windows XP, i put in the password it opens up just fine. Im using Windows 7 64-bit Ultimate. Anyone have any ideas ??

Download all the current driver's from manufactures sites along with updating software for Window 7 Ultimate 64 bit.
It may be your 64 bit is the problem or AV/Firewall blocking it. IMO

Thank you for the reply. Other than my PCI sound Card all drivers are working correctly. Video cards drivers, Direct X, Firmware for the Dvd Burner, all window related updates..Those seem to be in order....I currently do not have an AV running or installed..I do have/use Comdo Internet Security and I havnt ran across any settings in there that might be conflicting. I can Burn Dvds just fine, I can use the Folder Lock Program to open any Other file on the Hard Drive. But when it is in the DVD form I get that issue

Hello Again Has anyone ever ran into this problem Or have any more suggestions On how to resolve it? I also Email the Folder Lock company themselves and they sent me an automated message. Tad Frustrating not being able to utilize my Windows 7 64-bit System to the fullest

If you do a search (upper right corner) type in "folder lock" you will see several posts on this subject.
Here is one tutorial on it.Folder - Lock with a Password without Any Software

Continue to read other posts if the above doesn't resolve your issue.

Testo247, i have exactly the same problem and i can't find a solution. No matter which version of folder lock 6 i use. I can open DVD lockers with windows XP 32 bit.
But i cant with windows 7 64 bit ultimate. Very strange - folder lock 6 is compatible with windows 7 64 bit (thats what the official site says). I emailed the folder lock company but they don't give me a solution too.

Have you found a way to fix the problem?

Or maybe somebody else knows how to solve this problem?
