    Microsoft thinks so:

    Windows 7 Compatibility for Adobe Photoshop CS4 Extended version 11: Adobe. Drivers, Updates, Downloads

    I think that Adobe doesn't officially support it, but it runs OK. If you want a blessed version, upgrade to CS5.

    Yes, I am using PS CS4 from Windows 7 Beta Version.

    Dont panic as you are using home premium and me Ultimate. It will not be a factor.

    I ran CS5 on Starter Edition. Yet even difference from CS5 to CS4 isn't much.

    Actually, third party applications do not depend on Windows versions (Starter, Basic, HP, Ultimate) to make you more clear.
