Heyy neeeed helpp

First of all I'm new so Hiya!

Mainly my laptop everytime i start it up soon as everything goesto load up i get a box that says .....

WerFault.exe - Application.Error
The exception Privileged insturuction.
(0xc0000096) occurred the application at location 0x74d46ff2

Click on OK to terminate the program


Sooo sooon as i do that it refeshe's loads up to the volume and does the same messege,dosnt let me click on my computer nothing basicly screwed!!!! PLEASE someone help me lol

Does it work in safe mode
?
You may have to do a repair install, if the above 2 cannot help

Hey i cant even get to the point to type any thing in in RUN and no dosnt work in safemode :/

Is there anything on the drive that you care about? Do you have an external storage device? Do you have an available CD-R/RW?

Please answer all three questions.
