1Click DVD Copy?

    Solved 1Click DVD Copy?

    Anyone tried this?

I actually have a LEGAL need for this program right now and it won't work. It installs fine but then the copy window sits there unresponsive with the drive status missing and the screen draws a black box around it when you touch it.

Nevermind, I did a 2nd restart and reinstalled and it finally gave me an error and so I reinstalled again (it said it was missing a DLL) and now it works just peachy.

I too have run into this problem. Same symptoms and in addition when I go to Task Manager I note the program is not responding so I "End Task" and it crashes the system. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and this does not work.
    Any suggestions would be appreciated.

It is often a good idea to restart after installing any programs that access secondary storage devices (such as DVD drives, etc).

I've actually rebooted several times from installing many of my programs that I work with to test Windows 7. I would love to use it as my main system but need to make sure it will work with all of my programs and will be stable enough. I like it so far it is wicked fast especially with X64. Love it and the changes they have made.
Wonder if there is a way to discover which dll file might be missing as the guest poster did not mention the name of the dll.
I'm a very junior IT guy and could use all the help I can get with any suggestions.

    Set Compatablility

I was having a problem until I set the installation executable's program compatibility mode to "Windows Vista". The installation went fine after that...

    To old for Windows 7?

Has this program been made for Windows 7?
or is it only made Windows XP/Vista so far.

Not sure if it does the samething, but I use DVDShrink. Even though there hasn't been a new version out in years, I haven't had an issue with Win7 x64
