Possible to disable "libraries" for Zune?

The zune software now is fully integrated with windows 7 meaning it builds its media library based on ur windows7 library. This is a pain in my arse because I only want/need my zune library to consist of the music on my secondary drive. Furthermore, u HAVE to pick a folder for the zune software to watch for each media category. And these folders can only be one of the ones that are included in ur windows 7 library for that content. This is ultra annoying to me!

They shouldn't force this upon us, we should be able to choose if we want the zune to mirror our win7 library and should be able to not assign a watched folder for content we don't currently have or intend on getting! MS dropped the ball on this one.

Nevermind, I despised Zune software ver.4.2 so I simply rolled back to 3.1, now i'm a happy camper!

I'm running the latest Zune SW and have experienced NONE of the problems you mentioned.

There are options for telling the software what folders to use for your media.

I have a set of Zune media folders and when I want to sync something, I simply copy it into those folders and run sync.

    And, yes, I'm running Win7.
