Defraggler?
After running a Piriform Defraggler real time and boot time defrag see 19% fragmentation,main file is System Vol.....now cannot get a 0% Frag like earlier, always 19%........any ideas how to fix? Attaching screenshot for your expert views. Thanks.

Using Defraggler
I started with 22% defragmentation and finished with 21%. I do see that the number of fragmented files is much less..I guess I expected that the drive would be completely defragmented. Any comments?
