hello i need help to setup sandboxie with programes. when i installed sandboxie i get a shortcut on my desktop when i click that shortcut firefox opens then i can surf the net . but how do i set up prgrames to opern in sandboxie plz????

Please do the following:
1. Click 'Sandbox' > 'DefaultBox' > 'Run Sandboxed'.
2. And then click:
- 'Any Program' - if you desire to run any program sandboxed.
- 'From Start Menu' - if you want to run any program from the Start Menu.
- 'Web Browser' - to run the sandboxed web browser or you can use the shortcut in your desktop named 'Sandboxed Web Browser'.
- 'Email Reader' - to run the sandboxed email reader.
- 'Windows Explorer' - if you want to run Windows Explorer sandboxed.

have not tried on my 64bit win7 laptop or my XP Pro sp3 tower yet

why waste time on this type of software -- used to be OK but why not just use a Virtual Machine now.

jimbo i dont know how to set up Virtual Machine if i knew i would of done? some progames work with sandboxi not all do iv posted for some help in his fourm about the problem im having hasnet replyed to me yet. anyway how do i set up virtual machine in my computer if it works better than sandboxi i will do it but i need help?
i just tried setting up vurtual machine download wat i need but i got lost half way?
after downloading Virtual Machine i want to know how to completly delete it off my pc??
