Windows 7: New Error on 7127 x64

New Error on 7127 x64

Hi, I've been into this problem for about 30 minutes, Everytime I tried to install a program I ran into this error, cannot open Photoshop (already installed), Thunderbird, or another software.

any one have an idea?

Windows 7 x64 / Same

Were there any visible issues during [Windows] install?

Was this a clean [Windows] install or upgrade?

People, strage error since I rebooted the machine and not happening again. This was a clean installation like always I do, I dont like upgrades :S. No issues on installation neither on win 7, except for the bug with wireless.

Any consensus on how to get DreamScene running in Windows 7? The usual assortment of 'hacks' isn't what I mean, a little regedit perhaps? Codec install..? It's the only remnant of Vista I'd like to see in W7. ;)
