    that's got to be a headache.. working in an IT dept and being forced to install software you KNOW is likely to cause problems.. no way in h*ll I'd ever do that

    I don't honestly recall troubleshooting any problems on these machines with the full version of Acrobat Pro installed on them. Part of IT is working with what you have....you don't always have an ideal setup.
