    Windows media player-time left option missing


    Hello,

    I recently reinstalled ma 64 bit windows 7 home premium.. n its workin well except a minor glitch in windows media player. It shows the duration of the video/ song being played, but not the time of the total video/song.. In ma previous installation it was workn well.. could some1 help me pls.. thanks in advance!:)

    Hi Rocksta07, welcome to the forums :)

    Firstly i'm a bit confused over what your asking. Your saying that it shows the duration but not the time. Forgive me but aren't they the same thing?

    Please can you explain in some more detail with some images too just so we can properly assist in your issue

    If you mean that the time is not diplayimg a countdown of time left , time remaining or just the total time of the track .
    Each of these displays are available by clicking on the time displayed.
    it will rotate to each display each time it is clicked

    That's how mine disappeared to begin with. I can click on the area, but it never comes back. If I expand the player to maximize the window, I can see and use the timer with no problem. But with the player in library mode, I can't see it. I'd change the color of the window for the Windows 7 Media player to see if it shows up, but I can't find a control to do that.
