    Program starts after every sleep

Somehow my settings got changed such that Remote Camera starts EVERY time my computer sleeps. Very annoying, and I can't figure out how to make it stop. It doesn't connect to Bluetooth (which I have disabled), so it always gives error messages.

    Help!!! Thanks!

does it start in sleep or when you get it out of sleep. does the program also starts when you turn the computer on? if so, goto start, typ in the search bar ''msconfig'' click on the msconfig bar that appears. when the window opened goto startup and deselect the box of the program. click apply and restart your computer

It does not come on after start-up, so this fix is incorrect. After being "woken up," the program window appears, so can't tell if it's starting while asleep or immediately after.

i searched on internet for people who have the same problem, but appearently you're the only one. so try to go into the settings part of the program and find something like: start after hibernating or start after sleep. disable that. if it doesn't work post a reply and i will look if i can help more.

Sorry for the delay--was out of town for a couple of days.

So I can't do this either. The program that starts is the one that connects a remote camera via bluetooth. The error it gets is that bluetooth won't start (Did I tell it not to? Possibly.). Once it can't connect, the program closes, meaning that I can't do anything with any settings it has.

I've tried futzing with various bluetooth settings, but can't change it such that the remote camera programs stops starting up.

    Argh!

hmmmm..... I have only one thing left in my mind that might would work with a little bit of luck.

Try this: Goto start> Run> Typ ''Services.msc'' (without quotes) Then goto Bluetooth Support Service. Then click on general (if not selected). Then click on startup type, and choose manual or disabled. Then click on recovery(new menu) and select the first 2 failure menu's as: Take No Action. After that change Restart Sevice After to 0. the last step is apply.

hopefully this will work. if not I cannot(maybe barely) help you anymore.
    Good luck.

    Didn't work.

Can I disable the remote camera function entirely? Can I get rid of all things bluetooth? Will never use, and this is bloody annoying.

    Aaaaaah!

I moved the program to the trash, then moved it back. Problem solved. Am now repeatedly putting computer to sleep and waking it up again to enjoy absence of annoying start.
