Advanced Wallpaper Program
I have a lot of high rez images (astronomical mostly) which I'd like a portion of as my desktop wallpaper. Most programs only give a few concrete options such as fill, stretch, center, tile, etc. I'm currently using Nuonsoft Wallpaper Cycler (the best option I've found), but I want to be able to zoom and set the currently viewed image as the wallpaper. I think several portable devices have this ability but, why aren't there more Windows programs that can do this ?
WallMaster can change the position using X-Y coordinates, but it doesn't allow zooming and the wallpapers come out heavily compressed/pixelated.
Edit: An image viewer that can wallpaperize the exact current view of an image is what I'm after.
