    KDE for Windows

KDE Windows Initiative - Welcome to The KDE on Windows Initiative

Has anyone tried this yet? It certainly sounds interesting being able to run many KDE apps on Windows.

    Dinesh,

It is really more or less KDE apps for Windows. Some KDE apps really are fantastic (I love Kate the text editor) and I for one would love to see Windows ports

I got many of the apps working on 7 x64, so I think that is not entirely true. I really like Kate and Amarok. I liked Amarok because I was able to write my own extensions for it.

    EDIT:
...Windows versions starting with Windows XP are supported.
Also you missed a keyword. Vista and 7 are supported.
