A software that are able to track stolen laptop?

Hi guys, I went to search google about able to track stolen laptop?. I found a few software which is able to do such things. Can i know which is the best? I don't may paying for the software as long as it is better than other.
Here is the list of software i foundIf there is a better one please recommend me)

Be advised that this will probably be useless, considering that Windows will most likely be reinstalled on a stolen machine.
