Multiple Installation Of My Programs

Hi, are there any programs that will let me pick my own setup.exe's or install.exe's and install them all in one go. I can do this for drivers but what about programs? Oh and not the programs that let me chose free programs I would like to pick my bought programs

I'm not quite sure I understand the question. You want one executable to install multiple programs? Or you want to create your own executable for program location?

Multiple Programs
Is it okay or suggested to use these 3 programs at the same time. They are Avast, Malwarebytes, and SuperAntiSpyware. I know that running multiple antivirus programs can sometimes cause issues. Do I need all 3 of these? Should I just use one, if so which? Should I use a different combination?

multiple adware programs
Now that I have MSE installed, would I still need to install other adware programs such as lavasoft adaware? In the past Ive always had more than one adware program because each detected different things. Is it now time to finally be able to concentrate on just one program?
