After Effects CS5 on 64Bit with 2GB

Out of curiosity, how would After Effects CS5 with only 2GB? The only reason I use Windows is for AE, and I have all the necessary drivers.

I'm not interested in any performance gains, just want to use AE.

Installing 64Bit just for After Effects
I only have 2GB ram at the moment, but a 64bit capable processor. I'm considering installing Win7 64bit just for After Effects CS5. Would this be stupid? Would I notice any performance drops, etc?
