    Movie Software for DVD Players

This may or may not be the right place to ask, but here goes.

I can download movies which come in various formats (mpg, dvd, avi etc).

I have the capability to convert these movies to DVD format and burn to a DVD disk.

My problem is that I have four DVD Players and all are Region 1.

Three of the four players will NOT play the burned DVD disks. I have one that will play any DVD movie regardless of source.

What I am looking for is some way to make the DVD movie disks play on any of the DVD players.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Buy the DVD players that play your burned discs.

Not all players are DVD R friendly.

Also, making sure that all your movies are obtained legally will help.

And make sure you use only the best media preferred by many. #1 Taiyo Yuden (Also JVC) #2 Verbatim (just make sure they carry the AZO dye logo)

The DVD Player that plays any DVD movie is no longer manufactured. I did find a used one at Amazon and have ordered it at an extreme price (new i paid $30 for the one I have, paid over $60 for the used one I just ordered).

What would like to know is which Brands and Models of DVD Players are friendly to burned movies.

    Thanks
