    i don't know how to solve this problem. i've already tried this method:

    If you've received the error AppCrash, then it can indicate a problem has occured in your machine.

    Be aware that you can cause permanent damage to your computer system if the AppCrash error is left unrepaired.
    To resolve this issue use the programs listed below to thoroughly scan and repair your system.
    Download and install them one at a time, so as not to cause conflicts;

    1. Download Driver Software Update - updates the drivers that control your computer.
    2. Download Error AppCrash Fix - helps fix AppCrash on your system.

    Sometimes AppCrash errors can be caused by spyware and viruses, so it's recommended you run a program like the one below to check and remove any infections it finds.

    To start the installation immediately, click Open or Run this program from its current location. Or to save the download to your computer for installation at a later time, click Save or Save this program to disk.
    Once installed, run each program by pressing its scan/update button. Once the checks are done, you can let the tools fix the problem or use their reports to repair it yourself.

    When software files or documents within your pc's system have become faulty, this can cause the software to suddenly stop working. If an application fails, you will likely get an Appcrash error. The fault message will say "Windows Media Player (or whichever software has crashed) has stopped operating" and then list rows of technical information regarding the reason for the failure. Unless you're a computer programmer, you may never fully perceive what caused your program crash, however that does not mean that you cannot fix it.
    Remove any new applications that you've got downloaded. Typically, the cause of corruption in a very computer machine are bad downloads that bring harmful files onto your computer. If you started to urge the Appcrash error message on your machine after downloading a brand new program or application from the Net, it's highly seemingly you have got downloaded a unhealthy item. Use the "Add/Remove software" feature in your "Management Panel" to urge rid of the program right away.
    Run a complete scan of your computer. Your computer ought to already have antivirus software that may scan for damaged documents and either fix them or remove them from your system. If you do not have a spyware program on your pc, that would be a huge part of the problem. Purchase and install a good spyware program once possible. These are designed to safeguard your laptop from outside threats. Once you have the spyware program installed, open it and click "Scan computer." The antivirus scan will isolate dangerous files and you will be given the option to remove them from your system.

    Un-install it, run a restore from a backup prior to the problem, or re-install (clean/format) the OS>
