right-click the game name on the left-hand side of your steam library to backup - it can take a while.

you've confused me now - i thought it was all working

    Yep its all working

Shot a few Zombies. I am ready to shut "Try and Decide" down and I won't save any changes so my system should be back to normal. Is there anything you want me to try before I dump it?

    Confusion

What may be confusing is I loaded the game in normal fashion the first time (to hard disk). That's when I encountered the problems I mentioned. After a while of straightening things up I erased it all. That's when I posted about ImgBurn. Took your advice and tried the burn. (CD to iso on hard disk -- hard disk back to empty CD). Does that clear it up?

    Acronis

    My feeble explanation.

Try and Decide writes your system to a virtual disk. Lets you load programs make changes etc. When you are satisfied with your test. You shut down Try and Decide and it gives you the option to save all changes or discard changes. Discarding aborts a write and you return to your OS as it was prior to any changes.
