    Are you having this problem with all jpg files or one in particular ? What happens when you use the "edit" option on a psd or png etc. Do you see the image then ?

    *ps you've got two threads going at the same time on the same subject

    Well I can only guess that you might have a corrupted file somewhere. Try using
    sfc /scannow to see if that finds anything!

    It opens PSD & DNG ok,but all jpegs,png,it shows no image??

    Uninstall PS completely (use Ccleaner if needed), restart your PC then reinstall PS. Once done try and use the edit option again
