    directx Diagnostics tool stopped working?

When I try to go to run and type dxdiag.exe Is tells me this. Also I have been trying to get a game to work. On my PC it will not work. I have been talking to EA sports about it for 4 days now. This is the only other thing they have told me to try was update direct x Now I did and it is doing this now. Here are both the directx message and the game error message.

    This is the directx error

Here is what the game says when I try to play it after downloading. It says it completes the download. But then when I look at it.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game 4 times. Now I tried to update directx and the first error message is what I am getting now.

    Hmm... someone offered this solution:

Run the game in windowed mode. In the shortcut add (space)-win at the end of the file location. And that should work. Annoying bug, but its been around since the beta and so has that fix.
Solved !!!!! -- "Please make sure you have DirectX 9.0 or higher installed.

I thought that this fixed my problem. But it did not. I can not get this game to work no matter what. I want to try and get this figured out. I have been talking to EA sports for over 5 days now. They can not figure out the problem. Please help me.

I would like it if this could be moved to the right place for this discussion please.
