Uninstalling SmartView worked for me too.

When I installed my new motherboard drivers I think it came with some "zynga" link and even though I delete it, when I log back into windows it always reappears.

Does anyone know how to permanently remove this.
    Ooh, pick me, I know!

    1) Do "Ctrl+Alt+Del" to start Task Manager.
    2) Click on "Processes" tab
    3) Highlight "Smartview..."
    4) Click "End Process"
    5) Next navigate to " C:\Program Files (x86)\DeviceVM\SmartView\plugins\ "
    6) Select the Zynga folder
    7) Hold down "Shift" and press "Delete"

    FIN (-;

Hey I know this is an old thread but having installed my Gigagbyte board drivers again for an SSD install founf this wretched "thing" back.

Another way of doing this is

    regedit >
    HKEY_CURRENT_USER >
Software > burrow down to DeviceVM Inc.
    > open it
    > delete all entries listed

This leaves DeviceVM Inc. in the reg but no irritateware

To make absolutely sure you can also check the Programs and Features.

I went to this length as Zynga was not in my Control Panel > Programs and Features

17 months after the last post. ASRock is also pushing this out with their motherboards. Thanks for the tip.

Hello Huck and welcome - as a matter of course I sometimes go to these lengths as I have found that Norton and AVG are real hard to get rid of even after using their removal tools, and other forms of removal.

BUT BE CAREFUL in regedit my friend take your time and if not absolutely 100% sure - leave it!!

I got Zynga installed by this software called Splashtop, that came bundled with my gygabyte motherboard's drivers disc. Got rid of it by uninstalling Splashtop from control panel->uninstall a program.
