thank you NoN
i already deleted the lua but i do remember that i messed around the data digest so perhaps this is what caused all this.
operating on a new lua and it works like a charm (well i needed to make a new lua anyway)
for those who are wondering what a lua is, think of it as a partition.
anyway thank you both for helping me with this NoN and anta
and have a nice day =)

Is Making a clone of your hard drive illegal?
Hi does anyone know if making periodic backup hard drive image clones considered illegal, because everytime you make a backup, you clone the hard drive along with the OS. Usually in MS Eula's they say you may only install one copy of the software and you may only make one Back-up copy, so does...

iSCSI & msiscsi.sys & BSOD & Blu-ray
I have a Blu-ray drive in my NAS that I am trying to attach via iSCSI to watch a Blu-Ray video, but it crashed with a BSOD (error 12E). I have analysed the dump file (attached), and if it is to be trusted, then the problem is clearly in the msiscsi.sys driver. I'm running a Win 7 32-bit version. I...

Hi All, I hope this is the right spot for this :) I have 3 PCs with Windows 7, and all access an iSCSI drive on our home NAS. While having 3 initiators pointing to the one target isn't recommended as it's not designed for multi-user access, it worked fine. Recently something changed, and...
