I don't have hardware issues, but my hardware is very old and I can't afford a new PC ,so.I would like to check the health status and lifespan of the hardware.

    Understandable!

Perusal of your system specs don't provide much help.

    What specifically?
Are you talking about hard drive, RAM, CPU, GPU, CD/DVD Drive, etc?
Peripheral devices, mouse, keyboard, printer, monitor/display, external hard drive, CD/DVD drive, etc?
For some there is really no diagnostic, if it works it does, if it doesn't or doesn't work correctly, then you attempt to determine the cause.

On old systems, sometimes the thermal paste on a CPU or if you have a separate GPU will deteriorate, that is shrink & crack losing contact with it heat sink. That can cause BSODs and premature failure of that processor.

Hard Drive you can check, hours of operation, bad sectors, etc. RAM you can test to see it if passes. You can stress test your CPU and or GPU and watch temperatures, listen to fan speeds, or monitor them with a program such as speed fan or others.

Most everything else, it works, it doesn't work correctly, or not at all. I imagine you could look inside your printer to look for worn parts, plastic powder etc. Always prudent to keep your equipment clean. Dust free cooling vents, fans, keyboards, etc. Use a can of compressed air for that. No water, alcohol, air compressor like you would use to fill your car tires air, which is way to much pressure. I refrain from having food and liquids anywhere they could possibly spill or contaminate electronics, like keyboard, mouse, laptop, etc.

I don't know how many laptops and keyboards I've services do to pop, water, coffee and food in them.

I am talking about the RAM,CPU,GPU and SSD.

And also about the CPU fan.

I use Seatools for windows to check my drives. Yes it works on most other manufacturers drives too, including SSDs.
HDDScan is another that will test for bad sectors, plus many other checks
You can stress test your CPU or GPU with HeavyLoad and use HWMonitor to watch temps fan speeds, etc.
    RAM MemTest86

Links to websites for tools. Take your time and read their webpage, always prudent.

    SeaTools for Windows | Seagate
HDDScan - FREE HDD and SSD Test Diagnostics Software ...
Free Stress Test Tool HeavyLoad | JAM Software
    HWMONITOR | Softwares | CPUID
MemTest86 - Official Site of the x86 Memory Testing Tool

Can't say I've used all the below but most, if you find SSD problems
8 Freeware To Check & Repair SSD Hard Disk With Bad Sectors

Should keep you burning the midnight oil tonight, yes.

    Thank you very much!

Just I am afraid of harming the hardware with stressing tools, because once when I was testing my CPU with Prime95 it killed my PSU. :/

I don't see how stress testing a CPU or GPU would damage a Power Supply Unit (PSU). Was your PSU making any buzzing sounds or sounds that started that weren't the same as when new? My opinion, your PSU was in the process of taking a dump/going bad, or under-powered, & just by happenstance it quit then.

Here's an article you can read that includes what I already opined/postulated. Regarding GPU is below Verifying your video card’s stability
    Pertinent part quote:
"Graphic torture tests usually coax under-powered or faulty power supplies into giving up the ghost, so you’re stressing two birds with one stone. Yay efficiency!"
    As I said earlier!

Prime95 for CPU & Furmark for GPU, slipped my mind.
    Prime95 download version 30.3 build 6 - Guru3D.com
