    Problem with photoshop in Windows 7


    Hello,
    i have a problem with photoshop cs5 in windows 7.When i open the program and a picture i receive an error : A problem caused the program to stop working, and she close the program...

    try updating the drivers for your video card, and go in the prefs for photoshop and play with the amount of ram that is allowed for photoshop use, it is found under, edit, preferences, performance.

    i set it to 1096 but nothing, other ideas??...my id messenger is andrey_playaj ... maybe someone can connect with team viewer and see what is the problem
