    I remember reading in the instructions to NOT upgrade and do a fresh install.

    I also have the windows live crash issue. For me it only crashes on logon, I can go and start it from the 'Start' menu with no problems. it'll sign on fine and works fine until the next reboot.

    This is a pretty old thread to be posting to and not many ppl will see it. You can always start a new thread if you need to, or peply to a current ine.

    BTW you can upgrade win 7 7000 to win 7 7100, but it really isn't recommended.

    Anyway again welcome and dont hesitate to ask questions

Hi. Ever since I got Windows 7, Windows Live Messenger has been acting up. If I start it five times, it will crash four times out of five (before even starting), and I have to restart it until it doesn't crash. -When it finally starts I have no problem with it, though. Every time it crashes...
