AVS converter problem

hi,
i have AVS video converter - it was working just today morning
now when i try to open it it sais EAccessViolation
what happened ?

Hi kid2010.
To begin, download Malwarebytes
, install, update and do a full scan of your system. "Access violation" is commonly associated with viruses and "family". Do it and let us know the results!

Well, since it is clean, I can only suggest you to uninstall using Download Revo Uninstaller Freeware - Free and Full Download - Uninstall software, remove programs, solve uninstall problems and reinstall it.
