CCleaner Screwed My W 7 Beta :(

CCleaner v2.15.815 screwed my start menu shortcuts badly it almost wiped out all of them and i don't know what to do ... my bad i know i shouldn't have checked that option ( CCleaner Main > Windows > System > Start Menu Shortcuts ) i know i should've click on analyze (which i didn't) before going straight to Wipe! but i did because it didn't opposed any danger to me as you know it performs a different task in vista afair. anyway could any body please gimme a solution on how to restore following shortcuts. (I don't have any restoration point or any-such thing) OS: Windows 7 Ultimate Build 7xxx

Also ccleaner should have asked you to backup your registry.

No my system restoration is disabled.
Nop it didn't! i guess mainly because it isn't related to registry cleansing, its basic cleaner.

64-bit Windows 10 Pro

Hello Taurus, and welcome to Seven Forums.

You can use this tutorial from Vista to restore the default shortcut. They are at the same locations in Windows 7.

But some shortcuts aren't available and some are not working.

Windows 7 Ultimate / Snow Leopard OS X 10.6.4

The registry part of ccleaner is not working correctly on my new install .
I backed up the reg. and then clicked fix problems , then ran again and same things are showing up .
Anyone else experience this ?
