Most of the websites protect their content there is no way to a get direct link for an mp3 file (ex. myspace).

But if a website chooses to store an mp3 openly, you can get is easily.
For example this page here: How to Embed MP3 Audio Files In Web Pages With Flash Player

Open this page in Internet Explorer, Right click inside the webpage- View source (in other browsers menu line sounds simular) and just search for a link to an mp3. In our case that would be If you do not want to look inside the code you can install an plugin “Adblock Plus” for Mozilla Firefox.
It has a menu OPEN BLOCKABLE LIST ITEMS. You would be able to find an openly store mp3 there as well.

Link above actually has tips for embedding audio files in blogs.

    Thank you so much.
Both for the link and the "source" idea.
I used page source for various items before - years ago - when I was a rookie.
    (Especially when preparing web pages)
And now, I am not that rookie, and I couldn't think of that.
(I stopped doing web pages years ago)
I am sometimes impressed how our brain - in this case mine - works or do not work.
Do not practice one area, and it will fade into darkness.
Like me; I forgot my mother-tongue -at least it faded into darkness-.
    Thanks again.
At least for reminding me the "source".
