    gpedit.msi for Win 7 Home Prem. x64?

From what I have read, gpedit.msc only works with Win 7 Professional and Ultimate. Whenever you try to access it from Home Premium is says it "could not snap-in". So does anyone know of a fix to this or a program that does the same thing?

gpedit.msc is a "group policy" editor and viewer.

Hmm, you sure make a lot of threads. 6 just in the last 30 minutes and counting.

For FYI, it's gpedit.msc, not .msi.

You can always download the reference list to the Local Group Policy, and edit the registry setting that corresponds to the objects you wanted to change, if any. More manual, but the same thing.

Thanks, and yeah. I can't sleep and I'm pretty much on here or on facebook while listening to music. Think I will try to go to bed though. Thanks for your help.

People report that repacked gpedit from Xp works on Win 7 too.
Sorry, do not have Home edition to try, but I have been seeing this repack around since Vista.
