Nice article, but it ignores what is perhaps the most annoying Word shortcoming: it is virtually impossible to use Word to produce mail-merge output containing images (such as nametags with the person's picture on each one.) The only way to do this is to purchase an $80 3rd party software utility. This Word bug has been known for many versions and is still not fixed.
