Looking for a program to update USB

Hi,
i have a USB thumb drive with a lot of installation files of programs, so if i come to a computer that dose not have a program(computer without connection to internet) , i can immediately install it.

i'm looking for a program that once i connect this USB to my computer(with internet), the installation files will automatically be updated.
that way i can all-ways have my USB with the installation files up to date.

Thanks in advance
