Fix It problem solver cannot be continued because an error occured

    Hello everyone,

can anyone help me with the fact that i can't run a Fix It solution. I receive the text in the title "Fix It problem solver cannot be continued because an error occured" (translated from Dutch) in a pop-up when I try to run a Fix It problem solver, f.e. Mats_Run.IEAddOn

Can you please specify the FIX it patch? And what is it for?
    Also your IE version.
    Screenshots would be good also.

I've downloaded the fix : Mats_Run.IEAddon, because I'm suffering random freezes on my computer.
    I'm using IE9

Something went wrong with requirements or detecting your OS (language??).

You can download shell for all of those fixes Microsoft Fix it Center Online
and download that fix via shell - it should work.

If not try to download and run this thing

If everything else fails you can try to use my repack in attachment.
(When unpack you need to run start.bat file, NOT exe)

    1) Requirements check:
No Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 on my machine
But there IS Microsoft .NET Framework 4 Client Profile in my list of programs ...
Is this a problem, do I need somethingmore than .NET 4 Client ?

    2) If I follow the link from "You can download shell for all of those fixes Microsoft Fix it Center Online
and download that fix via shell - it should work", I receive the message that this (Beta) center is closed for new Windows 7 users... If I go to the fixit solution center from there, I receive the same message that I can't use the troubleshooter on my computer

    3) run this thing
    http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=185871

this was possible ! But with no result (the add ons weren't the problem)

Hopefully you can help me further so that it is possible to run more Fix It's.

Is something wrong with the .NET configuration ?

I am not sure about .Net - probably it is okay.

Regarding what to do about freezes, try this.

I have to left click instead of right click, but no errors on the times of the freezes...

Do you have any other idea for fixing the problem to run the Fix it troubleshooters, or can you provide me a list of URL's to run them the same way as the one for the AddIn's ?
