    Unless the router is in bridged mode NAT should be enabled, thats the basic function of a router. My guess is its UPnP thats probaly not enabled.

    Well generally with utorrent I would just portforward but I'm not familiar with this specific router he's using so I can't give direct instructions.

    Thats what I did on one of my older routers. My latest D-Link router has UPnP so Utorrent can do it on its own without having to mess with port forwarding and static IPs. My earlier post wasn't meant as a criticism, just an observation.

    Got it working through set up guide by turning off firewall but still have problem where health and ratings etc not there anymore was trying to speed up utorrent what can I do

    I think the remaining issue has to do with your router, and not the computer or windows itself.
    Unfortunately as I said above I am not familiar with your specific router so I can't walk you through those steps.
