Problem with Visual C++ 2010 Express and Registry

I just installed VC++2010 Express Edition and when I try to create a new project I get "Creating project 'asdf' ... project creation failed". I search for a solution and I ended up on the Registry Editor where the keys:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\VsWizard.VsWizardEngine.10.0
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\VsWizard.VsWizardEngine.9.0
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\VsWizard.WizCombo.10.0
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\VsWizard.WizCombo.9.0
    show up an error message:
VsWizard.VsWizardEngine.10.0 cannot be opened. An error is preventing this key from beign opened. Details: Access is denied.
I want my vc++ to run normally.

please help me. thanks in advance!

If you found a solution it would be a courtesy to specify what it was in case somebody else has a similar problem.
