Media Revocation and Renewel your computer must restart

I have a Napster service ..and when I play the files after about
maybe 25-30 files I start getting a popup saying Media Revocation and Renewel
"You must restart the machine to continue content processing"
which I did..then it works for another magical number and continues again
I updated Microsoft Security Component Upgrade
This issue seems to be new to windows 7
as I never had this in Xp using the same Napster service and the media played fine.
I have not been able to find a solution to end this loop of Media Revocation and Renewel Error Message.
    Any help would be appreciated

See the last post here regarding Administrator privileges:

[Resolved]SoundTaxi error code on Vista {add administrator rights} [Archive] - TechNutopia

This goes back to Vista, but might do the trick. :)
