    Did you get any errors?
Ok Go here Software | RaProducts and download this software, unzip the program and double click on the .exe you will then have to select your language and press select. Next click on remove Older Versions, and then Yes. Let me know when you have done this.

This is confusing, probably because the old original Java was partly removed. It would have been better if the system restore had worked.
Fire up the JavaRa again as administrator click additional tasks, put a tick in the box Check Java version and click on go lets see what comes back.
ps no I'm not tired that only happens when I have to go to work lol.

Just confused I thought you didn't do it as you could not go back far enough, either way if you didn't get back to a point before you started trying to uninstall all the old Java it won't make a difference.
Try to install the new Java again and see if we have made a difference lol if it still wont work I will have to think up a new answer.

This may or may not work. Try downloading the offline Java installer to your desktop. Now download Safe MSI to your desktop. Boot into safe mode:

    Safe Mode

Click on Safe MSI exe, it will confirm windows installer has been started. Now try and install the offline installer. Worth a try at this point, as there may be something loaded in windows preventing the installation, that will not be loaded in safe mode. I have installed 7zip in this manner when it wouldn't install in regular windows mode.
