    Is there any keyboard software that can for instance, in a certain application make ALT press V and F simultaneously.

    Like press alt: VF
    Hold alt: VFVFVFVFVF

    Is this possible?

    AutoHotkey - Free Mouse and Keyboard Macro Program with Hotkeys and AutoText

    The above program should work but you have to write your own macro for it.
