    Smilla troubles

I have WINDOWS 7, HOME PREMIUM 64BIT. I downloaded SMILLAENLARGER on my computer and everything looked ok. I noticed that the file was zipped. I tried to extract the file. What came up (window message) was DO I WANT TO COPY A FOLDER WITH OUT BEING ENCRYTIONED (YES OR NO). I had answered NO to that question. Right or wrong? Next I had downloaded a program that unzip folders. Still nothing. So far, I have not seen anything looks like SMILLA program, except a file folder, that is nothing. Is SMILLA PROGRAM compatible with WINDOWS 7? Anybody answer this problem, please remember to treat me as a beginner to computer. I am not that bad, but new.

Theog, I have redownloaded SMILLA. It went thru the normal routine, when it came to RUN or SAVE the program, I save it to my desktop. This time I notice there was another symbol on my desktop and that was the SMILLAENLARGER DOWNLOAD. I still have the zipped folder. Everything I try to do comes back to this one screen when I try to open the zip file. That message states DO YOU WANT TO COPY THIS FOLDER WITHOUT ENCRYTION? A PROBLEM IS PREVENTING THIS FOLDER FROM BEING ENCRYTED. What would happen if I said YES instead of saying NO? I thought everything was suppose to be encryted?
