Deleted files from C:\Windows\Installer (derp) Problems

[s]I am unable to uninstall or repair Office. After the installation runs, it ends with the a message saying that it was unable to install successfully. I don't actually know for sure why this is happening, but I have a suspicion that it's because of something I did recently.
In an act of stupidity, I deleted files from the Installer folder, forgetting that it was an important directory.
    [/s]
Also, I am unable to install any ATI video drivers (even the one that was included with my computer's drivers disc). I don't know if this is related or not.

Is there a way to prepare windows so that I can uninstall office?

    Try running ssytem restore.

    Or sfc scan.

SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

    Or repair install.

    Repair Install

SFC scan did not find any integrity violations.
As far as I know, the Installer folder is dependent of applications I install after windows, which would mean repairing windows wouldn't affect it.
