multi monitor tool/prog

i had on my old set up that crash recently a tool that put a box next to the 3 boxes in the top right corner of an open window and when you clicked it the open window jumped to the next monitor, i have no idea where i got it from or what its called im pretty sure it was free.
any ideas?

i found it, its part of a prog already installed on my machine called display fusion it adds a button on the title bar when clicked the open window will jump to the next active monitor, very handy for moving a window back and forward to your tv if its at the other end of the room.
