My ps elements 7 (editor) doesn't work w/Win7

Previously had Vista and photoshop elements 7 worked fine with it. Installed Windows 7 and all the Photoshop elements 7 options (share, organize, create) work except the edit function (for photo editing). I get a pop up that says "adobe photoshope elements (editor) has stopped working" with a button that says "close program" I tried Adobe tech support but they want me to pay $30. Can anyone help me out? I tried reinstalling Elements, but that didn't make a difference

You could Right Click on Element 7 icon and Run as Administrator see whether that fixes the problem. If not please start a new thread on this issue
