I want to encrypt my Dropbox folder.

You can create an encrypted file in your dropbox and then use that.

yes, good answer that;'s what i do, however if you want to encrypt the folder you can use this tool that I use: BoxCryptor :: On-the-fly Encryption for cloud storage
