Error: Windows cannot access the specified device

    Hello
I have installed Windows 7 for about 3 days, and at first everything was good
but after installing all of my softwares on it , when some applications i get this error and it wouldn't run.
windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. you may not have the appropriate permission to access the item
even if i open the installer of the program, i'll get this error.
after challenging with the error, i recognized that all the softwares that get this error, are in Restricted Area of my Kaspersky Internet Security. and the applications in Trusted Area, work well. so i changed the modes of the Restricted programs to trusted via kaspersky, and for that software, i didn't get the error. so i realized that it sould be something between the Windows 7 Security and KIS (I have KIS 2010). How can I fix this problem?
P.S: At first everything even for these kind of softwares was right, but during the process of installing all of the softwares and configuring them and also configuring windows such as turning off the UAC, this problem occurred.

First things first. some apps require that UAC be turned on, and KIS may even function poorly with it off. Could also use if this was a clean install or upgrade, and is it 32 bit or 64?

    Hope this helps
