    Should I stop nvvsvc.exe and nvxdsync.exe?

nvvsvc.exe and nvxdsync.exe both appear to be always running processes. Are either of these processes vital? Can I stop them? Should I stop them?

nvvsvc.exe Windows process - What is it?
nvxdsync.exe also is process from Nvidia. It will be good to not touch them, maybe you'll have some problems with graphics(3D or etc.)

Depends on whether you use the Nvidia control panel or not. Disabling the "Nvidia Display Driver Service" in Services will stop both from running, but also stops the Nvidia Control Panel from showing up on the desktop context menu.
