    Flash unbearably laggy

I just installed windows 7 on my old OLD computer. It's a pentium 3 800mhz with 512mb ram. The problem I'm having is playing flash videos/games. The framerate goes so low that its literally impossible to play. When I play other games on my computer that is already installed, it works fine.

I tried searching for this problem all over the internet, but no one had an answer for this problem. Maybe my hardware is getting too old? I don't know what it is, but if I can play "warcraft" properly, then I think I should be able to play flash properly.

Also, my mobo only supports up to 4x AGP, but the card I have installed on it is an 8x Geforce 6200 256mb, can this be the problem?

Yes you hardware is old. I had something like it in 1998, with that cpu, ram, and video Im acturally surprised you can run games at all. If you absolutely must keep this hardware you would help your performance by buying more ram.
