My firefox sessions and my recent progams list keep getting wiped First I thought it was ccleaner but it happens also when that is not installed
I know that's not alot of info so far but if anyone has ideas put me in the right way to share info.. one thing I can think of right for now is Im also using NIS 2012 Quite happy with it too but don't know if that could be the cause?

For FF It would help to know what version you presently have installed.
More info on: Session Restore - MozillaZine Knowledge Base

    For the recent programs list:
Start Menu - Change Number of Recent Programs to Display
Scroll down to see more customization Tutorials for the Start Menu.

    FF 6.0.2
But Im pretty sure it's all my recent lists that get wiped.. I'll have a look into NIS 2012 if they have put that option in it

Well Ive installed Session manager for firefox so that fixes the session issue.. but the rest is sort of annoying and I can't remember telling any software to clean my MRU's

If you can not find anything in NIS2012, your recent lists maybe turned off:
    2. To Turn Recent Items On A) Check the Store and display recently opened items in the Start menu and the taskbar box. (see screenshot below step 4)
NOTE: If you just turned on Recent Items, then it may take a bit after opening the recents items a few times before they actually show up.

Are you running the beta version or do you have the stable release?

There are some search responses to NIS2012 and history settings/options/quirks, and I tried searching the NIS forums, but every time I tried to access them I had to log-in. I do not use NIS.
