Help with Windows Taskbar needed please will give + rep :P

Hey guys, I'm no newbie, but this one has me stoked.
It's the same issue as here more or less: minimised window fills up the whole taskbar

only I've tried altering the registry entry, even deleting and restory the entire key.
    It won't change,
The problem occured after using Advanced System Care to alter the taskbar appearance, I've found it's also causing some odd windows lags now.

    Someone help pleaseeee :)

First, try a restore point prior to installing Advanced System Care : System Restore .

If not solved, try SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker , and report back with results.

P.S. In this forums we dont consider rep adds as a motivator. Moreover, there is a specific rule for reps in https://www.sevenforums.com/general-d...ease-read.html , which we value.

Edit: Apps like Advanced System Care is not needed in Windows 7 at all. The most secured and efficient system care program that we recommend is CCLEANER .

Thanks for the reply, it turns out I was being foolish, I forgot that when you apply changes to the registry they don't take place until you restart xD
Did the SFC/scannow very good command, Thanks! solved :)
